Dialysis unit
With active funding support of Rotary International, our Rotary Dialysis Centre has 11 dialysis beds for CRF patients, all fitted with modern machines getting the water supplied from an imported RO Plant installed separately for this purpose. Out of these 11 beds, 2 are kept dedicated for patients already infected with Hepatitis-C virus (HCV-positive cases) – MTH is the only hospital accepting such HCV-positive cases for dialysis in Pokhara. With regular disinfection, periodic microbiological tests conducted and intermittent overhauling of the pipeline, contamination-free dialysis service quality is ensured for all our patients.
